Cancellation Policy

Conditions, deadlines, and refunds.

1. Cancellation by the Tenant

All cancellations must be notified by email to reservation@villaspaindenia.com. The date of receipt of the email determines the calculation of fees.

Here is the schedule of fees retained based on the cancellation date before the start of the stay:

Time before arrival Refunded amount
More than 60 days 100% of the deposit refunded (excluding €100 administrative fee)
Between 60 and 30 days 75% of the total stay amount retained
Less than 30 days 100% of the total stay amount retained (No refund)

2. Travel Insurance

We know that unforeseen events (health, work, transport) can occur. That is why we strongly recommend subscribing to "Cancellation / Interruption of Stay" travel insurance with your usual insurer or via your credit card (Visa Premier / Gold Mastercard).

Important: VillaSpain Denia cannot provide any refund outside the strict conditions cited above, even in cases of personal force majeure. This is the role of your travel insurance.

3. Cancellation by VillaSpain Denia

In the very unlikely event that we are forced to cancel your stay (e.g., major damage making the villa uninhabitable), you would be fully refunded for all sums paid within 7 days.

We also commit to helping you find an equivalent rehousing solution in the region if possible.

4. Modification of Stay

Requests to change dates are studied on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.

5. Early Departure

Any stay started is due in full. There will be no refund in case of early departure or late arrival by the tenant.
