Booking and Payment
How do I confirm my booking?
It's very simple. Make a request via our online form. We confirm availability within 24 hours and send you the rental contract. The booking is locked upon receipt of the 30% deposit.
What payment methods are accepted?
We prefer bank transfers (SEPA) for their security and lack of fees for you. Credit card payments are also possible. We do not accept holiday vouchers (ANCV) at this time.
How much is the security deposit?
The deposit is €800 to €850 depending on the villa. It is paid by transfer before arrival or by bank check which will only be debited in case of damage and returned upon departure. It is fully refunded within 7 days after your departure, minus any damages found.
What is the cancellation policy?
We know that unforeseen events can happen. If you cancel more than 60 days before the start of the stay, the deposit is refunded. Below that, the deposit is retained. We strongly recommend taking out "Cancellation" travel insurance.
Do you offer long-term rentals (monthly)?
Yes, from October 1st to March 30th, we offer monthly stays with sliding scale rates. For Villa Trois Ilets, partial rental (restricted access to certain parts of the house) is possible to reduce costs. The rates displayed on the site are estimates for full occupancy: contact us for an adjusted quote.
Do you host professional teams in winter?
Absolutely. The region is ideal for winter training camps (cycling, etc.). Our villas offer large accommodation capacity, secure garages for equipment, and all the necessary comfort for your teams. Do not hesitate to contact us for a custom organization.
Life at the Villa and Comfort
Is the pool private and maintained?
Yes, the pool is 100% private in summer, reserved only for your use. A professional pool maintenance person comes once a week during the summer period to ensure water quality without disturbing you.
Is there internet / Wi-Fi for teleworking?
Absolutely. Our villas in Monte Pego are connected to Fiber Optic. You benefit from a free high-speed Wi-Fi connection, ideal for teleworking, video calls, or streaming (Netflix, YouTube).
Do you provide baby equipment?
We welcome families with great pleasure. Upon simple request, we provide a travel cot, a child seat, and a high chair free of charge. This saves you from loading the car or plane!
Are pets accepted?
For strict hygiene reasons and allergies for subsequent tenants, our villas unfortunately do not accept pets, unless exceptionally agreed in writing by management.
Do I have to clean before leaving?
The "Final cleaning and laundry" package is included in the rate. However, we ask our guests to leave the villa in a decent state of cleanliness (trash taken out, dishwasher emptied, barbecue/plancha degreased).
Arrival and Location
How does the key handover work?
Our English/French-speaking manager will wait for you directly at the villa to welcome you and hand over the keys. In case of late arrival, the keys are available in a key box; we will provide you with the code if needed.
Are shops and beaches far away?
You are in a quiet area, but close to everything. Supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona) are 5 minutes away by car in Pego or Ondara. The fine sandy beaches of Oliva Nova are 7-10 minutes away. The large shopping center "Portal de la Marina" is 12 minutes away.
Is a car essential?
Yes. The Costa Blanca is a vast region and our villas are located on the hills of Monte Pego to offer that spectacular sea view. A car is necessary for shopping and exploring the region (Dénia, Javea, Altea).
